Lazy Healthy Cauliflower Fried "Rice" !!!!! Delicious and EASY! IngredientsSesame Oil to tasteFrozen vegetable BlendFrozen OnionCauliflower riceSoy sauce "to taste"4 eggs**Also read directions on how long it takes to thaw your shrimp if you bought frozen and thaw appropriately**Directions1. Add sesame oil to medium skillet over medium high heat. Add bag of frozen vegetable blend and 1/2 bag frozen onion. Cook for roughly 5 minutes or until no longer frozen. 2. Add in cauliflower "rice" mix together and add few shakes of soy sauce. Let cook for an additional 5 minutes.3. In a seperate medium skillet, add sesame oil and scramble 4 eggs. Once eggs are cooked add to skillet with vegetables.4. Add a little bit more sesame oil to the pan that the eggs was cooked in and cook shrimp until pink throughout.5. Add cooked shrimp to skillet with the vegetable and eggs. Season to taste with sesame oil and soy sauce. Enjoy!
